The 8’x 12’ dimensions are defined by locking double-steel doors, a single double-hung window and a flat roof. Use this Enclave in the summer for entertainment and a private space for a get away. In the off season, it is perfect for storing all your lawn, garden tools, kids toys, or outdoor furniture. In addition, there is enough room to also accommodate a potting bench and garden supplies. The front step creates a distinct entry point that can be replaced by a ramp for easy accessibility for a wheelbarrow or lawn mower. You can also turn The Squire into a workshop or hobby area where you can work in comfort and store your tools and materials. The modular wood frame constructed panels come in a smooth or woodgrain exterior and an interior that is primed and ready to be painted with your favorite colors. Upon request we can use peg board on the walls, so you have a spot to hang items up. The commercial grade vinyl tile flooring is durable and easy to clean no matter how you decide to use the space.
